If you can’t verbalise it, wear it on your neck and let it assert boundaries. This hand fabricated medallion is imbedded with lab created Ruby, pink sapphire and tourmaline with a natural amethyst.

Avoid contact with lotions, perfumes and harsh chemicals. It is advisable to not wear jewellery while sleeping and exercising.
When jewellery is not in use, wipe down with cleaning cloth before storing in a jewellery box or pouch. Your solid gold and sterling silver pieces can be cleaned with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid with a soft bristle brush, being very gentle around stone settings.
